Drs. Danielle A.M. Melis MBA - Nyenrode Business University
The Awareness Week Bali is a unique East-West experience. During this week, people traveling along the path of personal development are encouraged to go beyond the usual and discover the unusual. In the surroundings of the beautifully authentic Eastern Bali, and under the professional guidance of Inge van Zon-Zeilstra, I gained a deep insight into my 'true' self. Not only by thinking myself in a new way of acting, but by acting myself in a new way of thinking. Experiencing the Eastern way of eating and taking care of my physical health, combined with Western state-of-the-art executive coaching sessions on self-awareness is not only unique, but for me was also an extremely valuable milestone passed on the personal development path I chose to start exploring some years ago. A high impact program that in my opinion truly can touch one's soul!

Drs. Meike van Tilburg, trainer/coach, founder ZenZen mama
The Awareness Week is above all a 'complete experience'. The fascinating environment, the daily yoga classes, the deliciously prepared natural food and the massages ensure that you are brought into contact with your body whilst challenging you at the same time. These aspects influence, sometimes silently, the coaching sessions which are the fundamental part of the program. Western and Eastern theories and experiences come together and dare you to explore your personal boundaries. Inge and Serge make sure there is a personal touch in every little detail whilst giving you the opportunity to find your own way in the program. The combination of it all ensures that the Awareness Week has a profound impact on you!.

Sabijn Timmers AAG MBA
The Awareness Week has been the best thing I have experienced so far with respect to coaching. The focus on the well being of the body led to a situation where you were really open for all the feedback received. Thanks to the set up of the program and the physical environment created, the boundaries of regular life temporarily disappeared thereby leading to a disposition in which you are really able to gain new insights. The coaching itself I experienced as very intensive, however, thanks to the combination with more relaxing elements in the program such as the nature walk in silence, the yoga and the massage, it was very effective.

Penelope Williams, Owner and Executive Chef Bali Asli Restaurant, "Real culinary experiences"
The cuisine served at villa Flow revolves around the seasons, utilising only what mother nature has on offer that day. Whether it is purchased from the local fishermen, the farmers market or plucked from their organic garden the dishes that are presented are always wholesome and unadulterated, allowing the true flavour and goodness of the produce to shine through. The dishes on the menu that I have shared with the passionate staff, compliment the concepts that are undermined during the awareness weeks. Your body will thank you in many ways after enjoying this fresh unprocessed fare during your stay. I dare you to try!
